Can we catch him?
Maybe, it's tight. You're 1.5 back, taking 0.4 a lap, and that's 3.8 laps with 4 left. Be patient.

Yes. Setup asks whether you use a wheel or controller. You need a free button for push-to-talk and a microphone.
Say “shut up”, “back off” or “let me drive”. Apex goes quiet at once, keeping safety calls. You can also choose the quiet talk level.
Push-to-talk audio becomes text on your PC. Your question and a short race summary, describing other cars by position, never by driver name, go to Apex’s server and Claude. Radio text goes to Microsoft speech services for the voice. Race feedback uploads are optional and opt-in.
No. The open beta is free and needs no key. Claude answers your questions in 10 races; practice and qualifying never count, and the radio itself never stops. Claude answers up to 10 questions for each hour of a race (an hour's unused ones carry over), and 10 a day across practice and qualifying; after that the backup engineer answers. A race longer than an hour counts once for each hour started.
Apex is free during open beta for Le Mans Ultimate on Windows.
