Operator and scope
Apex is an independent AI race engineer app for Le Mans Ultimate on Windows. These terms cover the website and the desktop app. Operator: Gourav Tiwari, trading as Apex, India.
Beta access
Apex is free during the open beta and needs no licence key. In the beta, Claude answers your questions in 10 races per install, up to 10 questions for each hour of a race and 10 a day in practice and qualifying, a race longer than an hour counting once for each hour started; past those limits a backup model answers. The race radio is not limited. Features can change between versions.
Desktop licence
You may install and use Apex for your own personal, non-commercial racing on PCs you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, rent or sublicense it. Open-source parts of Apex are under their own licences, listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt in the install folder.
AI and race decisions
Apex answers from live race data, and it can be wrong. You are responsible for your racing decisions. Answers depend on an internet connection and on outside services, which can be slow or unavailable.
Paid plans
When paid plans start, they are billed monthly or yearly and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. See the plans and the refund policy.
Privacy
See the privacy policy for what stays on your PC, what is sent and what is optional.
Liability
Apex is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Apex in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Independence
Apex is not affiliated with or endorsed by Le Mans Ultimate, Studio 397 or Motorsport Games. Anthropic does not endorse, partner with or sponsor Apex.
